Privacy notice

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Your Hajj is an amanah, and so is your information. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Hajj with FHM is a Hajj group guided by Ulama, serving pilgrims from Botswana, South Africa, Eswatini and Lesotho. Hajj services are delivered with Al Bait Guests.

You can reach us on WhatsApp at +267 74 055 949 or by email at fhmtravel1@gmail.com.

What we collect

Through our registration form, for you and each pilgrim travelling with you:

We do not ask for passport numbers, ID numbers or payment details. All Hajj payments are made only on Nusuk Hajj.

Through our testimonial form: gender, country, the Hajj year you travelled with us, and your words. Your name and WhatsApp number are optional and are never published.

When you visit this website: we count visits anonymously using Cloudflare Web Analytics, to see how many people visit and which pages they view. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Registering others

If you fill in details for family members or companions, you confirm that they have agreed to share their details with us for the purposes in this notice.

Why we use it

We use your information because you have given your consent in our forms. Your preferences help our internal planning and do not guarantee your choice of package, airport or room.

Who sees it

Your information is seen only by Molana Faheem, the Hajj with FHM team and Al Bait Guests, our Hajj service provider. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.

Where it is kept

Our forms run on Tally and your answers are stored in Airtable. These are online services, and their servers may be outside your country. Access is limited to our team, and Al Bait Guests may also store your information as our Hajj service provider.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for the Hajj 1448 season and for 12 months afterwards, then delete it, unless you ask us to keep you informed about future years.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

Message us on WhatsApp or email us, and we will respond as soon as we can.

If you have a concern

Please speak to us first so we can put it right. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country: in Botswana, the Information and Data Protection Commission; in South Africa, the Information Regulator; in Eswatini and Lesotho, the authority under your country's data protection law.
